Studio rental and specs
My studio is located in Los Angeles, CA. When not otherwise in use, it is available to rent for VO artists and audiobook narrators at the following hourly, daily or weekly rates:
$20/hour
$120/day (8am - 10pm)
$500/week (8am - 10pm, does not include weekends)

The studio is approximately 220sqft, on the 9th floor of a commercial office building (90010). Because the studio is in an interior office without windows, my audio is completely free of helicopters, planes, street noise of any kind, kids, dogs, or the like.
The booth is a 6'x4' from LA Vocal Booths. With premium ventilation and a Tier 3 full order of sound panels. Find LA Vocal Booths here.

HP Laptop 17-by3xxx 64-bit operating system and Intel Core i5 processor
Monitor mirrored into the booth, keyboard and mouse connected via bluetooth
Sit-to-stand desk riser
I record in Reaper.
A security guard is on duty until 8pm.
Amenities include a kitchen on the floor (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, filtered water) and a tea station in the studio. The bathrooms have been recently remodeled. High speed internet makes uploading files a snap.
For the comfort of myself and others, please know that the studio is completely smoke, vape, cologne and perfume free. In accordance with California law, the building is also smoke-free.
Except for registered service companions, animals are not allowed on the premises.
Paid parking is available in the attached lot or at meters, although open street parking can frequently be found on the surrounding blocks. The studio is walking distance from the Vermont-Wilshire Red Line Metro.
